Setting Up Your Diffuser Refill
Prepare the Vessel: Carefully unscrew the cap from your NEOM Reed Diffuser Refill bottle. If you are changing fragrances, hand wash your glass vessel with warm, soapy water and wipe it completely dry before refilling.
Pour the Refill: Slowly pour the eco-friendly diffuser oil from the refill into your original diffuser vessel.
Insert Reeds: Insert the new set of premium fibre reeds (included with every refill) into the scented oil.
Instant Scent Activation: Allow 24-48 hours for the reeds to fully saturate and begin consistently releasing the beautiful aroma throughout your room.
Pro Tip for Scent Intensity & Longevity
For a stronger, more intense home fragrance and maximum scent throw, reeds that can be turned, turn them over frequently (once or twice a week). This reactivates the scent. For a subtler aroma, use fewer reeds.
